Director

Lori Johnson  has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Early Childhood.  She has a current Wyoming teaching certificate for grades K-6, as well as a current childcare license with the state Department of Family Services. Before Lori started teaching at Learning Tree School in 2006, she taught preschool in Davenport, Iowa.

Lead Teachers

Raei Stone has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Early Childhood.  She has a current Wyoming teaching certificate for grades K-6 and a current childcare license with the state Department of Family Services. Raei taught Math Recovery in the Sheridan, WY School District and has taught at the Learning Tree School since 2004.

Kendrick Michelena has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education,  a current Wyoming teaching certificate for  grades K-6, as well as an endorsement in early childhood. Keni also has a current license with the state Department of Family Services. She taught first grade for 1 year at Meadowlark School in Johnson County and has been teaching Kindergarten at Learning Tree since 2017.

Teachers

Tracey Ostheimer has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Early Childhood Education along with a Bachelor and Masters’ Degree in Biology. Tracey has a current childcare license with the Department of Family Services and a current substitute permit for the state of Wyoming. She has worked at Learning Tree since 2009.

Sarah Walker has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction; Elementary Education.  Sarah has a current Wyoming teaching certificate for grades K-6, as well as an endorsement in English as a Second Language K-12.  She also has a current license with the state Department of Family Services. Sarah taught 4th grade in the Queen Creek , AZ at the American Leadership Academy.  She has worked at  Learning Tree School since 2020.

Dana  Ashley has a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education. She has a current teaching certificate for grades K-5. Dana also has a current license with the state Department of Family Services. She taught 1st grade at Saddle Brook in New Jersey before joining  Learning Tree School in 2022.

Substitute Teachers

All substitute teachers maintain a current substitute teaching certificate with the state Department of Education

Classroom Assistants

All classroom para-professionals maintain current state childcare certifications.
